Welcome to the 40+ DDC LOUISIANA SUBCLUB Group Page!
We're excited that you have an interest in our subclub. We are a unified sisterhood that exists to empower women in mental health and physical fitness all while inspiring them in friendship, fitness, fun and fellowship!
In order to become an official member, we ask that you purchase a "40+ Double Dutch T-shirt", in lieu of an annual membership fee. Locate our 40+ gear from the home page and click on "SHOP".
