Good evening, ladies. My name is Adeshina Sawyer, and I am new to the group. I am the advisor for the Mu Beta Sigma Alumnae chapter of Sigma Gamma Rho Sorority Inc. Rhosebud Club in Round Rock, TX. Our Rhosebud Club currently consists of 12 girls ages 8-11. This year, as part of our heart health awareness initiative, the girls are participating in a jump-a-thon. I am looking for a few ladies who would donate an hour or two of their time to help introduce the girls to the world of double dutch.

This would be a wonderful learning experience for the girls as they learn more about heart health. My hope is that this activity will also foster a love for getting out and getting active (not only for the girls but for myself as well 😊).
